The Station North Arts District is a cultural crossroads neighborhood where artists, cafes, galleries, small businesses, and theater thrive in an economically diverse community.
During this tour we capture images of the stunning array of murals artists from around the world created during the Open Walls Baltimore street art projects. We visit the incomparable Graffiti Alley where artwork surrounds you, and vibrant colors saturate the walls. This is the one and only place in Baltimore where graffiti artists may work and create without running afoul of the law. Along the way, we will surely see such other ephemeral street art as wheatpastes, stencils, and wire sculptures.
The vivid colors, changing styles, and the thought-provoking statements of the street art are guaranteed to provide an exciting morning of photography.
